Black Bean Burger with Indian Relish

Black Bean Burger with Indian Relish are packed with flavor and a great choice for a meatless meal.  Morningstar makes a frozen Spicy Black Bean Burger that I like a lot.  Top it with mayo, relish, and shredded lettuce and you’ve got a new and different burger you’ll really enjoy.  The relish can be made ahead and keeps well in the frig.  Try mixing it with cream cheese as an appetizer or use it on sandwiches.
