Bacon Pimento Cheese Burger

1 1/2 -2 pounds ground sirloin or ground chuck
Cook bacon in a skillet to desired degree of crispness.  Shape ground chuck into 4 (4-inch) patties.  Spray the grill with Pam spray because if you use ground sirloin instead of ground chuck, it sticks to the grill.  Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 degrees to 400 degrees) for 3-4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center.   Serve on buns with toppings.
