Don’t Eat White Bread

Except you should try this at least once.  Why is it some of the tastiest foods are white and are banned by the food police?   I believe in everything in moderation and this is so easy you don’t even make the dough, you buy it.  It looks impressive and tastes delicious hot out of the oven slathered with butter.  

This is the dough rising in a bundt pan. TIP: You can make it up the night before and bake it the next day.

Bundt Bread

2 loaves frozen bread dough, THAWED, 30-45 minutes
1 stick butter, melted
1. Thaw bread for 25-30 minutes.  **Coat inside of pan and middle tube with melted butter.  Cut each loaf into 8 pieces.   Dip each piece in butter and place in Bundt pan.  Cover with plastic wrap.  Let rise until it is almost to the top of pan.   It shouldn’t rise OVER the top.   Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Flip onto plate and flip back over. S erve immediately.  Don’t leave in pan longer than 10 minutes or bread gets soggy.
Can be made the night before, covered with plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator to rise slowly.  During JULY, mine was ready  to cook just over 3 hours after taking it out after refrigerating overnight.
If you make it in the morning and put it in the refrigerator, TAKE IT OUT 5 HOURS BEFORE READY TO COOK.  Can speed up the rising by placing it in the oven with the light on.
