Salsa Verde from Taqueria Del Sol gets its green color from tomatillos, the main ingredient. They give it a bright flavor along with fresh cilantro and fresh jalapenos. Taqueria uses whole jalapenos, seeds and all, in their salsas, so if you’re a wimp you might want to add a little less than they do.
